Amy Graff – Co-Founder/Lice Specialist – Amy Graff is the co-founder of LouseCalls, Inc. Amy is the ‘voice of LouseCalls’ and personally answers every incoming call to LouseCalls. Amy has extensive experience in the head lice removal industry, and is the developer of the head lice treatment system utilized by LouseCalls. Amy has successfully treated hundreds of families with her proven system, and continues to refine and add to the system in an effort to continually strive for the most efficient, least invasive process possible to treat your family for head lice. Amy has a Masters of Communication from the University of Delaware, and uses this background to clearly and effectively educate her clients.

Jay Graff – Co-Founder – Jay Graff is the co-founder of LouseCalls, Inc. Jay has a Masters of Public Health (MPH) from Florida International University (’97), and has worked in the health care industry for over 10 years. Jay uses this extensive background to oversee the health awareness and education programs at LouseCalls.

Sue Mann – Technician – Sue has been a head lice removal technician for LouseCalls since 2006, and has been a licensed cosmetologist for 15 years. 

Beverly White – Technician – Beverly has been a head lice removal technician for LouseCalls since 2007, and has an extensive background in head lice product research. Beverly has worked on many head lice studies and has played key roles in published head lice research articles.

Yudiana Gonzalez - Technician - Yudiana had worked in the head lice treatment industry for several years prior to joining the LouseCalls team in 2009.  Yudiana is bi-lingual in English and Spanish

Arely Morales – Technician – Arely is a head lice removal technician for LouseCalls. Arely cames to LouseCalls in 2009 with extensive experience with head lice removal.  Arely is bi-lingual in English and Spanish.

Sarah Flynn – Technician – Sarah is a head lice removal technician for LouseCalls, and has a degree in Medical Records and Billing. 

Marni Larkin – Technician – Marnie was LouseCalls’ first technician in 2005. She has treated dozens of families and is highly skilled at head lice removal and treatment.
