Lice Treatment Services:
The LouseCalls head lice treatment service is centered around convenience and education. From the moment you first speak to us on the phone, your head lice education has begun, which continues through our entire treatment program. We educate you on the straight lice facts.
We deliver our treatments in the comfort and convenience of your own home, to put your family at ease, allow you to stay productive (no wasted time sitting in waiting rooms), and so we can educate you first hand what you need to do around your home to ensure the lice is gone and stays gone.
From the moment the LouseCalls technician walks into your home they will be educating you about what to do for your heads, your home, and prevention techniques. We leave you with our lice facts brochure and stay in communication with you for the following week to ensure you are lice free and stay lice free.
Head Lice Treatment Pricing:
Our pricing model is straight forward and fair, and we always pass the savings along to you whenever possible.
How it works – upon our visit, if there is any doubt of infestation, LouseCalls performs a thorough check of the infested person. Once evidence of head lice is found (nits or live bugs), it is your choice if you want LouseCalls to treat the infested person. Once you decide that you want us to perform a full head lice treatment, you only pay for the price of the treatment (not the screening and the treatment). If no lice is found or you decide to do it yourself, there is a $100 minumum charge*, which includes the cost of the head check (and up to 3 additional checks if desired).
*Note: If you live outside of our normal travel area, there may be an additional travel charge. Appointments required after 6:00 pm will have an additional after hours charge.
All LouseCalls technicians go through a rigourous head lice removal training program. The typical training period consists of a 6-8 week apprenticeship, where the technician shadows our most experienced technicians. This demanding training process ensures consistent and effective implementation of the LouseCalls head lice treatment process.
