Amy Graff, Founder & Head Lice Specialist
Amy Graff is the founder of LouseCalls, Inc. She is the ‘voice of LouseCalls’ and personally answers every incoming call to LouseCalls. Amy has extensive experience in the head lice removal industry and is the developer of the head lice treatment system utilized by LouseCalls. She has successfully treated hundreds of families with her proven system and continues to refine and add to the system in an effort to continually strive for the most efficient and least invasive process possible to treat your family for head lice. Amy has a Masters of Communication from the University of Delaware and uses this background to clearly and effectively educate her clients, schools, and communities.
Marni Larkin, LouseCalls Manager
Marni was LouseCalls’ first technician in 2005. She has treated many families and is highly skilled at head lice removal and treatment. As an original LouseCalls NitPicker, her experience and compassion for families affected by lice infestation has proven to be extremely helpful during home visits. She is an extremely respected and trusted member of our team, and we feel lucky to have her.

Beverly has been a head lice removal technician for LouseCalls since 2007. Beverly has an extensive background in head lice product research. Prior to working for LouseCalls, she conducted many head lice product test studies. Beverly has worked on many head lice studies and has played key roles in published head lice research articles. She is greatly valued as a head lice technician for her vast knowledge, education, and experience. She has been welcomed into many clients’ homes with open arms due to her joyful demeanor, patience, and compassion. Leigh Ann Lebovitz, Head Lice Technician
Leigh Ann loves her job because it enables her to interact with new people on a daily basis. Her favorite things about working for LouseCalls is helping families get rid of their head lice headaches. She understands how stressful head lice can be on families, and has made it her mission to relieve that stress through head lice treatment and removal. “Knowing that I can help someone by getting rid of the lice situation makes me want to do it every day over and over again.”

Rebekah, a certified nuclear medicine technologist, and former health clinic aide, is passionate about helping families overcome their lousy days. She represents LouseCalls in the Greater Central Florida area. Through her work with LouseCalls, Rebekah enjoys calming her clients’ anxieties towards lice with compassion and education. Rebekah represented LouseCalls on News 13, educating Central Floridians on the facts of lice. “I love what I do because I am able to see the joy in my clients when I remove their lice.”
Adriana Rodriguez, Head Lice Technician
Adriana has a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Florida International University and has years of experience working with children on all kinds of spectrums. Adriana first discovered LouseCalls when her entire family caught lice and a technician came and resolved the situation that her mother had been trying to fix for months. Years later she decided she wanted to become a lice technician herself and help other families in distress. “It truly is a rewarding feeling,” she says.
Lisa Clover-Caldwell, Head Lice Technician
Lisa has been a licensed Cosmetologist and Trichologist for 30 years. She studied hair and scalp in Pittsburgh, Pa. and has had extensive courses in product knowledge while managing a professional beauty supply store in Virginia. Lisa prides herself in knowing that she goes home every evening having helped people. “It’s all about education, treatment, and understanding to help people during an emotionally trying time.”

Tracie has been working as a Nitpicker for LouseCalls since 2012. As a seasoned professional, she has earned the trust and confidence of so many families in the South Florida community. She joined the LouseCalls team after years of experience as a PTA mom and witnessing the trying head lice battles that fellow moms were constantly facing.
